Here is a fresh Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer video that demonstrates an effective tactic to use in Free-For-All matches. The video is made by IGN’s BobbyA1984, who introduces a new word to the CoD community: Monitoring.
In short, monitoring means that you divide a map in two and only operates in one part of it. You move from side to side and in circles while taking out your opponents as they come to you.
Some would argue that monitoring is the same as camping. Bobby denies this.
