According to the commentator, there are five factors that make for success or failure in Black Ops: class customization, killstreaks, play style, map knowledge and communication.
This first video will teach you more about class customization. Do you play mostly Team Deathmatch? Or do you play objective game types more often? This means a lot to how you should set up the various classes.
Much basic information, but good for beginners.
